Evolution and strengthening of governance at B&B HOTELS - Céline Vercollier appointed as Chief Executive Officer
PARIS, March 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- B&B HOTELS, the European leader in value for money, is separating the roles of President and General Manager, previously held by Fabrice Collet. Céline Vercollier has been appointed as the new Group Chief Executive Officer.
In 2025, B&B HOTELS celebrates its 35th anniversary: 35 years of growth, innovation and excellence! This governance enhancement aims to strengthen the organization in order to pursue ambitious growth and international development objectives.

As CFO of the Group since 2017 alongside Fabrice Collet, Céline has played a key role in the development and growth of B&B HOTELS over the past eight years. In her new role as Chief Executive Officer, Céline will focus on strengthening B&B HOTELS' leading position in the value for money hospitality sector. - Fabrice Collet, now Executive Chairman, was appointed as General Manager of B&B HOTELS in 2016 and then as Group CEO in 2019, after serving as CFO since 2012.
As Executive Chairman, Fabrice will focus on strategic diversification projects for B&B HOTELS. - Damien Martin joins B&B HOTELS as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Group.
Having served as CFO of the Babilou Group for ten years, Damien brings 25 years of financial experience to B&B HOTELS, with expertise in high-growth contexts within international environments.
