Evolve IP Acquires Texas-Based Managed Services Provider Webcore Technologies

WAYNE, Pa., Jan. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Evolve IP, The Cloud Services Company™, today announced that it has acquired Webcore Technologies, a Managed Services Provider (MSP) headquartered in Austin, Texas. The strategic acquisition is part of Evolve IP's national expansion plans and follows previous acquisitions of companies across the United States.

Webcore Technologies is a MSP that provides on-site and remote IT support to its base of enterprise and mid-size customers. These management capabilities have become increasingly desirable to customers looking to move to the cloud but that lack the necessary internal virtualization capabilities.
