EWTN Announces Change in Structure of Global Catholic Media Organization

EWTN to Launch Two Industry-Leading Divisions – EWTN Studios and EWTN Digital

Peter Gagnon named President of EWTN Studios and Sean Graber named President of EWTN Digital

Move creates opportunities that build on EWTN history and advance forward-thinking vision.

IRONDALE, Ala., July 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- EWTN Global Catholic Network Chairman and CEO Michael P. Warsaw announced a new organizational structure designed to enhance EWTN's faithfulness to its mission in the digital landscape and increased impact around content development and distribution.

Under this new structure, EWTN will align its operations around two major divisions:

• EWTN Studios. EWTN Studios will expand on the EWTN legacy of developing the most impactful content in the Catholic space. It will continue to fulfill the organization's mission of producing compelling Catholic content while also lifting up other creatives alongside the EWTN team, doing so in a way that reflects the changed nature of media and radical way content production workflow and technology has evolved.
• EWTN Digital. EWTN Digital will build the platforms to distribute EWTN Studios content and that of aligned creatives to serve new generations alongside the legacy EWTN audience. It will launch and manage a globally scaled streaming platform that will house the collection of the world's most beloved Catholic stories and personalities.

The announcement also included the appointment of Peter Gagnon as President of the newly created EWTN Studios and Sean Graber as the President of EWTN Digital citing the new leadership as proven leaders in their fields distinctively qualified to lead EWTN to meet the challenges of the evolving media landscape.

A long-time leader at EWTN, Gagnon has been with the network for 32 years and pioneered initiatives in content production, global expansion, and multi-lingual offerings. With over a decade leading coverage of papal conclaves, jubilees, and world events for the Network, Peter has a tremendous understanding of the legacy of EWTN and is one of the few remaining team members that knew and worked with Mother Angelica.

Joining EWTN after a global search in 2024, Sean's work with blue chip brands affirms EWTN's promise to bring to market the fruits of the changes Sean came to deliver as a critical part of the future of EWTN.
