DENVER, June 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Exclusive Resorts (www.exclusiveresorts.com), the world's leading luxury destination club, has announced the appointment of Philippe Bourguignon to its management team as CEO.  Current Exclusive Resorts CEO Jeff Potter will remain with the company as a member of its board of directors.

Bourguignon joins the company with an unparalleled resume from his work with leading hospitality brands throughout the world.  Highlights of his career include serving as chairman and CEO of Euro Disney, chairman and CEO of Club Med, president of Accor for the Asia/Pacific region and executive vice president for North America, and vice chairman of Revolution Places and CEO of Miraval Resorts.  He has also served as the co-CEO of the Davos-based World Economic Forum and as a member of the board of directors of a variety of companies including eBay and Zipcar.  In addition to this role as CEO at Exclusive Resorts, Bourguignon joined the company's board of directors earlier this year, so is already familiar with the Club.
