Executive Coach Karen Carmody Provides Mentoring at CWE's 10th Annual Women Business Leaders Conference
BOSTON, Oct. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Executive Coach Karen Carmody, President of Chrysalis Coaching & Consulting, served as a mentor at the Center for Women & Enterprise's (CWE) 10th Annual Women Business Leaders Conference. The conference is the premier educational and networking event for women business leaders in New England. The conference was held at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Framingham, Massachusetts. This year's theme was Unmask the Greatness in You.

This is the second consecutive year that Carmody participated in the conference's unique speed-mentoring sessions. They are modeled after the American City Business Journal's company-wide Mentoring Mondays. These exciting sessions provided attendees with the opportunity to have one-on-one mentoring with mentors from a variety of different fields, backgrounds and experience.

James Beard Award-winner and Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef Barbara Lynch gave the afternoon keynote. These ground-breaking women entrepreneurs shared stories of their own journey to business leadership and success at unmasking their own greatness.
During the Awards Luncheon, CWE recognized business and community leaders for their achievements in promoting the success of New England businesswomen. Awards were presented to women business leaders, corporate partners, and individual volunteers who help remove barriers and empower women to grow professionally and personally.
In addition to her responsibilities as President of Chrysalis Coaching & Consulting, Carmody served as the Vice President, Education & Professional Development on the International Coach Federation of New England (ICFNE) Board of Directors. She also served on the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Workforce Development Committee. She is a coach for Babson College and an executive mentor for the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.
