Expanded Fertility Treatment Discounts for Veterans Who Served in Iraq or Afghanistan

Special SALUTE Program Available Until January 31, 2014

For  those who served in Iraq or Afghanistan, the enhanced SALUTE program offers:

• 50% off the base fee of a single in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle
• 10% off the base fee of a Multicycle or Donor Promise program for traditional IVF
• 50% off the base fee for a single fresh donor egg sole or shared cycle
• 10% off the base fee for a Multicycle or Delivery Promise program for fresh sole or shared donor eggs. 

The regular SALUTE program, which is available to all active duty military personnel and their spouses and all twenty-year retired military and their spouses, offers a 25% discount off the base fee for single cycle IVF or donor egg IVF treatment or a 5% discount on the base fee for any Multicycle or Delivery Promise^SM program. *

The Delivery Promise program offers up to six treatment cycles for one fee and guarantees that the base fee will be refunded to the patient if a child is not born as a result of the treatment.

The SALUTE program also offers a 5% discount on the base fee for self-pay intrauterine insemination (IUI) and a 25% discount on in-house testing not covered by insurance, except for PGD workups and/or preliminary diagnostic blood work.
