Expanding Footprints to New Markets - Report on Entercom Communications

• Expansion into New Geographies - Recently in July 2015, Entercom Communications Corp (Entercom) informed that the Company has closed its acquisition of Lincoln Financial Media (LFM) and has commenced operations of KSWD-FM, The Sound, under a time brokerage agreement with Bonneville International Corporation. The Company noted that for Bonneville's Classic Rock station, KSWD-FM located in Los Angeles, Entercom has exchanged its Denver-based four stations. The Company added that closing of the Bonneville-Entercom station exchange is subject to FCC approval and other customary closing conditions and Entercom expects this transaction to close by the fourth quarter of this year. Entercom highlighted that as a result of the closing of the LFM acquisition and the commencement of operations of the KSWD-FM, the Company has expanded its footprint to four new top 20 markets, namely, Atlanta, Miami, Los Angeles and San Diego.

• Announced General Managers for its new markets - Furthermore on July 14, 2015, Entercom announced    General Managers/Vice Presidents for its new market. The Company named Doug Abernethy, Mike Fowler, Bob Bollinger and Peter Burton as Vice Presidents and General Managers of Entercom Miami, Entercom Atlanta, Entercom San Diego and Entercom Los Angeles, respectively. The Company added that for Denver, Amy Griesheimer will continue to serve as Vice President and General Manager.

• A Brief Introduction about the new members - Having served 10 years at Radio One as Regional Vice President, Mr. Abernethy joined Entercom in April 2015. Among many awards he won, most recently, he was honored with the Urban Knight award for his efforts in promoting and marketing African-American consumers to the nation's largest advertisers. On the other hand Mr. Fowler has been working as Director of Sales at ESPN Chicago, prior to joining Entercom. Meanwhile, Bob has held various roles in radio, most recently as Senior Vice President and Market Manager of CBS Radio in San Diego. Furthermore, Mr. Burton joined Bonneville in May 2008 after spending seven years as the Director of Sales for the Lincoln Financial Group in San Diego.

• Management's Note - Commenting on the new appointments, Entercom's Chief Operating Officer, Weezie Kramer said, "I am excited to welcome Doug, Bob, Mike and Peter to Entercom. They are great leaders and managers with a proven track record of success. As we enter these vibrant new markets, we are thrilled to have such talented and experienced media veterans at the helm."
