HOUSTON, May 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Expansa, a leader in mobile water solutions and outsourced purification services, announced today a 1,198% year-over-year increase in revenue for its resin regeneration division, driven by rising customer demand and tightening market capacity across the Gulf Coast.

As the first new resin regeneration facility with significant capacity to come online in over a decade in the Gulf Coast, Expansa's 2024 commissioning of its regeneration facility positioned the company to serve a region long constrained by limited processing options and logistical bottlenecks. With many competitors at or near capacity, Expansa's availability and responsiveness have enabled rapid adoption by industrial clients seeking dependable service.

To support its commercial growth, Expansa has promoted Sam Floyd from Director of Business Development – Gulf Coast to Vice President of Commercial Operations. In this expanded role, Sam will lead the buildout of a commercial team focused on the growing deionization (DI) segment and deeper engagement with core industrial sectors across the region.

Recent customer wins include a chemical processing facility in Lake Charles, LA, another in Baton Rouge, LA and a power generation plant in Alabama, all of which selected Expansa for high-purity water services under mission-critical operating conditions.
