JD.com, Inc. Analyst Notes
On May 27, 2014, JD.com, Inc. (JDSU) announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a repurchase program to purchase up to $100 million of the Company's common stock through open market or private transactions, with immediate effect and through June 27, 2015, the end of the Company's fiscal year 2015. The Company stated that as of March 29, 2014, it had $926.2 million of total cash and it generated $58.3 million of free cash flow during the first nine months of fiscal year 2014.
