Experience Design Award For Clickspring Design

Clickspring Design garnered the top honor for Best Permanent Corporate or Retail Installation for the Jack Daniel's White Rabbit Bottle Shop, located within the Jack Daniel's Visitor Center on the distillery grounds in Lynchburg, Tennessee.
As consumer interest in brown spirits continues to increase, more people are making their way to the Jack Daniel's distillery to see where and how their favorite elixir is created. Receiving over 250,000 visitors a year who "arrive as friends, and leave as family", it is a transformational place where passionate supporters from around the globe come to fulfill their dreams of visiting the home of the Jack Daniel's brand.
The Visitor Center provides a platform for launching and ending visitor tours.
The White Rabbit Bottle Shop was conceived of as a project that could provide an enhanced retail experience as well as self-navigated forms of brand engagement, carefully crafted in order to immerse visitors in the authenticity of Jack Daniel's whiskey. Clickspring's design solution puts into balance a variety of careful considerations including: history of place, evolution of the brand, process of whiskey production, a younger global audience, retail operations and the context of an existing building.
While this project was created by Clickspring Design, its success is indebted to the talents and collaboration of a larger project team including the Brown-Forman Jack Daniel's client, Jones Lang Lasalle, Tuck-Hinton Architects, Messer Construction, 1220 Fabricators, Trinity Video Communications and FotoFX!
