ExpertPlan Completes Acquisition of US Retirement Plan Recordkeeping, LLC

EAST WINDSOR, N.J., June 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ExpertPlan, the leading provider of private label retirement plan solutions, announced it has completed its acquisition of US Retirement Plan Recordkeeping LLC's existing recordkeeping plan business. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. USRP had processed their plans through InvestLink which was later sold to ASPire Financial Services LLC.

The Pension Specialists, Ltd. (TPS est. 1987) which provides ERISA administrative services to over 1,000 plans, held with both ExpertPlan as well as other vendors, had established USRP as a record keeping affiliate in 2007. The Pension Specialists, Ltd. will continue to focus on its core competency which is third party administration provided alongside its recordkeeping partners.
