Experts Exchange Joins "Internet-Wide Day of Action to Save Net Neutrality"

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif., June 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Experts Exchange, a leading community for technology professionals dedicated to skill development and knowledge sharing, has signed the petition for the "Internet-Wide Day of Action to Save Net Neutrality." In joining the cause, Experts Exchange will take up ranks with major corporations, such as Amazon, Netflix, and Vimeo to support users' rights online.

In an official statement to their community, Experts Exchange said, "Experts Exchange believes in a user's right to net neutrality. On July 12th, an internet-wide Day of Action, we will stand alongside those who support Title II, the legal framework protecting our online freedom."

On June 6th, internet activists and major websites announced the "Internet-Wide Day of Action to Save Net Neutrality" scheduled for July 12th. This day of action will oppose the FCC's plan to eliminate Title II, the legal framework for net neutrality rules that protect online free speech and innovation. Those involved are providing visitors and clientele with tools to contact Congress and the FCC stating their position on the matter.
