Express Wash Concepts Furthers Flying Ace Express Expansion with Acquisition of Three Zips Car Wash Locations

COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Express Wash Concepts (EWC) today announced the continued expansion of its Flying Ace Express Car Wash brand through the acquisition of three Zips Car Wash locations. This strategic move increases EWC's express wash portfolio to 118 sites across six states, operating under five award-winning brands. More than 25 new locations are slated to break ground or open by the end of 2025— including three additional Flying Ace locations.

The acquisition, effective May 15, 2025, marks a significant milestone for EWC as it accelerates growth of the Flying Ace brand. The acquired sites— located at 5274 Dixie Highway in Fairfield, 11346 Princeton Pike in Springdale, and 8301 Colerain Avenue in Cincinnati— are currently closed for site improvements and rebranding. Express Wash Concepts will invest more than $5 million into these locations to transform the sites and deliver the elevated wash experience that customers have come to expect from EWC and Flying Ace. All three locations are scheduled to celebrate their grand openings on August 1, 2025.
