Extempore, the Speaking Practice App, Saves Teachers an Average of 15 Hours per Assessment

ST. PAUL, Minn., Nov. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Extempore announces that year over year usage of its Speaking Practice platform has surged nearly 400 percent.

In addition to this growth, teachers are seeing valuable time savings while conducting oral language assessments. The average Extempore teacher has an average of 37 questions in their account and an average of 24 students. Conducting each of these assessments face to face instead of through the app would have taken these teachers nearly 15 hours.

With Extempore, they are able to quickly create assessment prompts with images, audio and video, and distribute to dozens of students virtually anywhere, on any device.

The tool simplifies language education for academic institutions across the US and globally, and is being used by more than 10,000 foreign language teachers and their students.
