Daylight IQ® to Enhance Iowa Health Care Association's Clinical and Disease Management Programs
WEST DES MOINES, Iowa, Nov. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Extended Care Services of Iowa, Inc. (ECSI) in affiliation with the Iowa Health Care Association (IHCA) has selected COMS Interactive, LLC (also known as Clinical Outcomes Management Systems or COMS) as a Preferred Partner. ECSI enters into partnerships with a select group of product and service providers to offer innovative programs to IHCA members. The exclusive three-year Partner Agreement will focus on helping IHCA member facilities improve clinical and financial outcomes by deploying the COMS disease management product suite, Daylight IQ®.
IHCA and its assisted living arm, the Iowa Center for Assisted Living (ICAL), represent more than 700 Iowa Nursing Homes, Assisted Living/Residential Care Facilities, Home Health Agencies, Hospice, and Independent Living/Retirement communities throughout the State. Notably, IHCA members serve more than 42,000 Iowans in the long-term and post-acute care continuum.
