ExteNet Systems Appoints H. Anthony Lehv as New General Counsel

CHICAGO, Feb. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ExteNet Systems, the leading independent provider of distributed networks enabling outdoor and indoor wireless connectivity, today announced the appointment of H. Anthony Lehv as its Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. George Vinyard, ExteNet's outgoing General Counsel, will retire after successfully transitioning his responsibilities to Mr. Lehv.

Mr. Lehv was most recently a Partner in the telecommunications and real estate practice at Prince, Lobel & Tye, a Boston-based law firm, where he focused on content providers and infrastructure companies alongside private equity and venture capital investors. Mr. Lehv previously served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at NextG Networks prior to its sale to Crown Castle. In addition, Mr. Lehv was a Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel with American Tower Corporation. Mr. Lehv began his career as an attorney in private practice in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Lehv graduated Summa Cum Laude from American University's Washington College of Law and earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of Michigan.

In November 2015, ExteNet announced the closing of its recapitalization transaction led by Digital Bridge and Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners. The arrangement will help ExteNet accelerate its growth and ensure continued leadership in distributed networks, which are utilized by wireless carriers to provide advanced wireless services for their customers.
