• Enhanced Temperature Uniformity: ECAM cold plates with a customized microchannel design precisely directing coolant flow, significantly reducing temperature fluctuations, resulting in a 200% improvement in temperature variance across the chip. This uniformity is crucial for maximizing chip performance and longevity.
