Faith Robinson's lifelong interest in science, technology and the natural world prepared her for her role as the senior vice president of Midas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Since childhood, Ms. Robinson has enjoyed problem solving and troubleshooting in scientific endeavors and wanted to combine her knowledge with the creativity of business development. She has been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 38 years in various leadership roles with a strong background in drug science and marketing productivity.
Faith joined Midas Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a full pharma value chain company, 15 years ago. Overall, she champions the highest work ethic in order to offer reliable and high quality supply chain services to the pharmaceutical industry with integrity and responsibility. As an individual, she oversees current sales and marketing management, supply chain management, and product development, along with regulatory and compliance functions.
In her near 40 years in the pharmaceutical field, Faith has encountered her share of challenges. Early in her career, she received no direct credit or equal treatment for her work compared to her male co-workers. She later struggled with not having many women in leadership and management roles alongside her. A persuasive strategist and problem solver, she persevered by making sure her voice was heard.
To date, Ms. Robinson's accomplishments include helping entrepreneurial startups and facilitating company growth in various phases. To improve her industry, she believes that more companies should have a debate forum and give employees with diverse opinions a platform to be heard, a process she'd have an active hand in. Ms. Robinson would like to be remembered as someone who was perceptive about unmet needs, maintained strong standards, and got the job done with integrity and reliability.
Ms. Robinson earned a Bachelor of Science in animal science from the University of Vermont. In her spare time, she enjoys watching, learning from, and walking amongst nature. Looking ahead, she would like to teach on a college level, write a book and relocate to her home in the woods.
