Falcone Crawl Space Introduces a New Science - "Crawlology"

CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair is proud to announce Phil Anderson as its new resident "Crawlologist."  Anderson is responsible for overseeing field operations and quality control, as well as the training, performance, and leadership of many field crew members employed at Falcone.

He joins an elite class as the designation is held only by one other person who is the owner of the company, Fred S. Falcone II.  Anderson was previously a Senior Crew Leader and was recognized and honored at Falcone's 12th Anniversary celebration with this distinction.  He was given a custom-engraved copper belt buckle with "Crawlologist" emblazoned on the front and his name on the back. The buckle also includes five stars, as Falcone Crawl Space is obsessed with delivering "five star" service.

Anderson has completed rigorous and in-depth training on all facets of foundation and structural repair and has also shown the leadership necessary to successfully manage a multitude of projects.   He has been with the company for four years and has worked with dedication and excellence in all capacities to achieve this title.

"Crawlology" is a new science developed at Falcone Crawl Space due to the comprehensive and detailed knowledge required to conduct successful crawl space repairs.  Specific requirements, training, and milestones were developed by Falcone in order for an employee to achieve the "Crawlologist" designation.  A Crawlologist is someone who has an acute knowledge of all things crawl space, and additionally, is an expert on building codes, framing, and environmental, as well as structural problem-solving.  They are an authority at what they do and serve as a teacher, supervisor, and mentor. Aside from the knowledge they need to possess, there are also value and responsibility metrics that need to be met. A Crawlologist leads by example and is someone that the other crew members strive to want to be like.
