Molina and other City Officials will be present to assist Tomas Saucedo and Marisol Gutierrez with the ceremonial ribbon cutting at 4:00pm. The community is invited to join in the festivities. A special 99 cent cheeseburger offer will be available daily starting Friday through Sunday, from 2:00pm to 7:00pm.
