LOS ANGELES, May 3, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Qustodio and Family Zone today announced a definitive agreement under which Family Zone will acquire 100% of the shares in Qustodio and its subsidiaries in a transaction valued at US$52 million.

Based in Barcelona, Spain, Qustodio was founded by Eduardo Cruz, Josep Gaspar, and Josh Gabel in 2012.
