Fast-Growing Frozen Yogurt Franchise In The U.S. Launches Its Unique Concept In The Local Market

DALLAS, Dec. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Red Mango, the well-known yogurt franchise and one of the fastest-growing frozen yogurt concepts in the United States, is expanding to Puerto Rico. A Master Developer agreement with Good For You Franchise, LLC includes plans to open five restaurants in the next six months followed by an undisclosed number of additional locations that Good For You Franchise, LLC and Red Mango FC, LLC  will create through the recruitment of franchise agreements across the region.

The first Red Mango store in Puerto Rico will also be among one of the first stores in the Americas with an expanded cafe concept featuring a drive-thru and will open in Puerto Rico Plaza opposite the Interamericana University in Rio Piedras in December.

Alverio plans to expand Red Mango rapidly with an investment of more than $1.5 million, opening five developer-owned and operated establishments in San Juan and creating some 75 jobs.
