
CARROLLTON, Texas, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FASTSIGNS International, Inc., the world's leading custom sign and visual solutions franchisor with more than 790 FASTSIGNS® centers worldwide, hosted its 16th annual Outside Sales Summit August 20-22 in Dallas, Texas. The three-day event brought together 668 FASTSIGNS attendees for sales education, networking, recognition and professional development.
"Our 16th Outside Sales Summit in Dallas was a momentous event where we honored over 300 sales professionals for their incredible achievements," said Jim Howe, president of FASTSIGNS. "The excitement was punctuated by our interactive Vendor Show, where attendees immersed themselves in product education and vendor engagement, propelling our network into our next season of growth."
With the theme "Reach for More", the FASTSIGNS 2026 Outside Sales Summit celebrated the network's sales achievements between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026. At the awards event, over 300 Outside Sales Professionals were recognized, including:
- 2 Titanium Sales Award winners for sales exceeding $4 million
- 3 Triple Platinum Sales Award winners for sales between $3 and $4 million
- 3 Double Platinum Sales Award winners for sales between $2 and $3 million
- 61 Platinum Sales Award winners for sales between $1 million and $2 million
- 50 Gold Sales Award winners for sales between $800,000 and $999,999
- 70 Silver Sales Award winners for sales between $600,000 and $799,999
- 101 Bronze Sales Award winners for sales between $400,000 and $599,999
James Roig from FASTSIGNS® of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was recognized as this year's recipient of the Catherine Monson Salesperson of the Year Award, marking the eighth year for this honor. With this award, FASTSIGNS recognizes one Outside Sales Professional who best represents the concept and the spirit of the brand, both in the business community and within the FASTSIGNS network.
Additional awards included The National Sales Achievement Award, given to Sam Leopard with FASTSIGNS® of Fort Worth, Texas - Alliance, for the highest total sales, and 10 center employees received the Circle of Excellence Award recognizing their daily commitment to the success and growth of their FASTSIGNS center. The Rookie of the Year Award was given to Logan Zagrodnik with FASTSIGNS® of Waukesha, Wisconsin, who had the highest total sales in his first full 12 months of employment, and The Rising Star Award honored Jenna Metcalf with FASTSIGNS® of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who transitioned from Inside Sales to Outside Sales in 2025 and had the highest total sales in her first full 12 months in the role. An additional 56 individuals became Certified FASTSIGNS Sales Executives after completing an extensive Outside Sales Certification Program.
Featured speakers included FASTSIGNS President Jim Howe; Vice President of Technology and Supply Chain for FASTSIGNS, Brian Boehm; Casey Brown, Pricing Expert and Best-Selling Author; and Jovan Glasgow, Founder and CEO of Glasgow International, LLC. Speakers also covered a variety of topics including selling value in a price-sensitive market, data-driven focus to boost sales, mastering selling in various industries and more.
FASTSIGNS franchisees and their employees, vendors and FASTSIGNS International, Inc. corporate staff participated in the FASTSIGNS Community Giveback "Breakfast with a Purpose." The team donated time and created 100 back-to-school backpacks for students through Dallas Life, an organization focused on homeless recovery. This giveback event was also made possible by the generous support of the FASTSIGNS Community Giveback sponsors, including Ceiling Outfitters, SA-SO, Contact USA, Vision Engraving, Epson, Gemini, Grimco, Impact LED, Retrieva.
