Maryland production hub will support continued regional growth, create hundreds of jobs and deepen the prepared meal delivery company's commitment to the community
ELKRIDGE, Md., Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Feast & Fettle, a premium prepared meal delivery service, today celebrated the continued growth of its Mid-Atlantic operations with a ribbon cutting at its 25,600-square-foot production hub in Elkridge, Maryland.
Feast & Fettle has invested $5 million over the past year in the build-out of the Howard County facility, which anchors the company's growing presence across Washington, D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia. Feast & Fettle currently employs approximately 30 people at the facility and plans to add 150 positions between now and early 2027 as production ramps up. The company expects to employ more than 250 people at full capacity over the next couple of years.
Since Feast & Fettle announced its Mid-Atlantic expansion in January 2026, the Maryland hub has supported fulfillment and distribution for the region. Beginning in January 2027, Feast & Fettle plans to add full meal production at the facility, further expanding its capacity to serve Members throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
"We contributed a lot to Howard County, and the financial investment is just the beginning," said Carlos Ventura, CEO of Feast & Fettle. "The real commitment is in the infrastructure and the people. Laying down roots here is what allows us to keep growing down the East Coast while holding the same standards of service and hospitality we've had since day one."
Growing in, and with, the community
As Feast & Fettle expands its operations, the company is also deepening its commitment to the communities it serves.
That commitment predates the company's official Mid-Atlantic launch. In 2025, Feast & Fettle partnered with the Howard County Food Bank and Arlington Thrive to provide prepared meals to furloughed federal workers, and it has continued to donate to the Howard County Food Bank to support households experiencing food insecurity.
Today, Feast & Fettle is building on that history through its broader philosophy of caring for the community and being a good neighbor, leveraging the company's food, logistics and local relationships to respond to community needs in ways that are authentic to its business.
As its Maryland operation grows, Feast & Fettle is working with the Maryland Food Bank to connect available food from the facility with people experiencing food insecurity in the region.
Creating new economic opportunity in Howard County
The Howard County hub is expected to generate an estimated $30 million in revenue in 2027 and create hundreds of employment opportunities across food production, inventory, packout, food safety and quality, logistics and operations as the facility scales. The company is committed not only to providing jobs but also to creating opportunities for job seekers of all backgrounds as a proud second-chance employer. Feast & Fettle's employment practices also include a commitment to hiring and promoting from within, with the goal of enabling economic mobility for hospitality and service workers.
The company's growth has been supported by state and local economic development partners, reflecting a shared investment in bringing new jobs and economic activity to Howard County and Maryland.
"We are excited to welcome Feast & Fettle to Howard County, which will bring 250 full-time jobs to Elkridge over the next three years," said Howard County Executive Calvin Ball. "Opening in our first-ever Enterprise Zone, their continued investment in Howard County is a testament to our efforts to bolster innovation and economic opportunity. It's people-centric businesses like these that help make Howard County's economy continue to prosper and thrive."
The October 20 ribbon cutting brings together Feast & Fettle employees and leadership, state and local partners, and community stakeholders to celebrate the company's progress and look ahead to the facility's next phase.
