Federal Court Dismisses Competing Claims to Patents Owned by Sigma Drilling Technologies, LLC and Justin Manley

DALLAS, May 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division, filed notice with the Director of the US Patent and Trademark Office that competing claims of ownership had been extinguished by dismissal.
This action comes following Judge Amos L. Mazzant, III's dismissal with prejudice of a federal lawsuit filed by Performance Pulsation Control, Inc. against multiple Defendants, including Sigma Drilling Technologies, LLC.
