Federal-Mogul Launching Comprehensive Consumer Rebate Campaign, New Customer-Friendly Redemption and Online Tracking System

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Federal-Mogul (NASDAQ: FDML) will soon launch an extensive schedule of consumer rebate offers in support of its industry-leading lines of ANCO^® wiper blades, Champion^® spark plugs, filters and performance additives, Wagner^® ThermoQuiet^® brakes and Wagner lighting products. This comprehensive promotional program will be backed by a highly consumer-friendly online rebate tracking and redemption system.

Each Federal-Mogul rebate offer will be tied to a brand-specific promotion website that will help guide consumers through the online submission process. Leveraging a new, end-to-end communication platform, customers will receive ongoing email communication regarding the status and timing of their rebate reward deliveries. Customers also will have the benefit of payment choice – a prepaid card, direct payment to their PayPal account or a paper check.
