Mr. Trahern brings over 27 years of experience in the federal, state & local, educational and healthcare marketplaces along with a demonstrated track record in building organizations, strategic planning and driving revenue and profitability.
Prior to joining FedStore, Mr. Trahern was a Region Manager at Cisco where, in two years, he grew Cisco's business over 55% at the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice.
Prior to Cisco, he spent 24 years at Hewlett Packard (HP) in positions of ascending responsibility culminating in his role as Vice President and founder of HP's public sector and education business unit for the Company's imaging and printing organization. He grew that organization from 12 employees to over 150 and drove revenues in excess of $2.5 billion.
Mr. Trahern holds a B.A. degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Maryland and has participated in advanced executive education studies from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School and the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business. He has served as a board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and of Hewlett Packard's Grant Board.
