FedStore Corporation Wins Air Force $6.9 Billion NETCENTS-2 Products Contract
One of Nine Companies to Provide Computer Networking and Data-Processing Equipment for Worldwide Network-Centric Warfare Operations
ROCKVILLE, Md., May 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- FedStore Corporation, a leading IT solutions provider, today announced that it was one of nine winners of the highly anticipated and highly competitive Air Force Network Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) Products contract. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract provides the Air Force with a full range of computer networking and data processing equipment to support worldwide net centric operations and missions.
The $6.9 billion contract is expected to begin in May, 2012 and runs for a three-year period with three additional 12-month options. FedStore's proven relationships with all major manufacturers ensure that the Company can provide the full range of products specified on the contract.
