Dan Aptor brings extensive experience in strategy, product development, marketing technology and digital growth. He currently serves as director, MarTech and Commerce Transformation at Accenture, where he helps clients in the communications, media and high-tech sectors reach customers more effectively and grow their digital business.
Aptor has held senior leadership roles with Rego Payment Architectures, AT&T, United Way, Solera Holdings, Ticketmaster/Live Nation, The Walt Disney Company and NBCUniversal. He also serves as chair of the board of The Blackbaud Giving Fund, an independent 501(c)(3) donor-advised fund that distributes charitable gifts to nonprofits around the world. Dan holds a BA in International Relations from UC Santa Barbara, a MSc in Management & Systems from New York University, and an MBA and Master of International Business from the Katz School, University of Pittsburgh.
Davinder Athwal brings more than 25 years of global financial and business leadership experience across U.S. and internationally listed public companies. His experience spans financial strategy, capital allocation, enterprise risk management, governance and leading organizations through significant transformation. He currently serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Landis+Gyr, a global energy technology leader listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and delivering intelligent solutions that connect devices, data and decisions across the grid. Prior to joining Landis+Gyr, Athwal held chief financial officer roles at Phenom People, Output Services Group, Avantax and UGI International. He is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Kingston University and a master's degree in finance from Long Island University.
Fred Sham brings experience in innovation, growth strategy, artificial intelligence and helping organizations transform for their next chapter. He serves as an independent innovation, growth and AI strategy adviser, working with leaders across sectors to design, launch, and scale new products, services and ways of working.
Previously, Sham was a director at ?What If! Innovation, part of Accenture, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit clients to innovate new products, services and business models. Earlier in his career, he held a strategy role with the Alliance for Downtown New York, a major economic development organization in New York City. He holds a master's degree in urban planning from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia.
