NEW YORK, Feb. 25, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Fidelus Technologies, an NYC based Professional & Managed Technology Services Provider, named Joe Ricca as their new Chief Revenue Officer. Mr. Ricca brings over 25 years of experience in Sales Leadership, Business Strategy, Emerging Technologies, and Consulting Services experience.
As Chief Revenue Officer, in addition to being a member of the executive team, Mr. Ricca will be responsible for sales, marketing and sales operations at Fidelus. This will include leveraging his extensive entrepreneurial and large company experience as a senior sales leader and operator, focused on collaboration, networking, cloud, security, software and "as-a service" solutions.
Prior to joining Fidelus, Joe was a Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, and Global Account Manager at Cisco Systems. Under his leadership, Joe's organization consistently attained double digit growth. In addition to his time spent at Cisco, Joe has been a senior sales executive, leading various software and services start-up organizations. His broad industry experience includes several successful growth scenarios, M&A transactions, and an IPO.
