Mr. Kralis has been focused on the datacenter and telecom real estate sector for the past 15 years. Prior to joining 1547, Mr. Kralis was the founder and president of Shell Street Equities, LLC a commercial real estate firm. Previously, he was Vice President at Server Farm Realty and Executive Vice President of Red Sea Group USA. During his career, Mr. Kralis has purchased and sold projects valued at more than $2 billion.
