Fifth Dining LLC Announces Details Of Partnership With Saks Fifth Avenue

NEW YORK, Aug. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Fifth Dining LLC is proud to formally announce details of its partnership with Saks Fifth Avenue as the official food and beverage provider for nearly all Saks stores in the United States. Fifth Dining, a subsidiary of Centerplate, was established in late 2012 to provide fine and upscale-casual dining for Saks Fifth Avenue. Charged with creating dining experiences reflective of the iconic luxury retailer, the company has initiated the planning and execution of a new destination dining concept launching in select Saks Fifth Avenue department stores. It is also responsible for food and beverage operations within the flagship store in New York City, including management of the Cafe SFA and SnAKS restaurants.

Set to launch in 2014, the new dining concept is being developed to offer Saks' customers a superlative dining experience as an extension of its signature retail brand. This concept will be the centerpiece of a multi-million dollar renovation at Saks' flagship New York store that will transform the 8th floor restaurant into an iconic New York destination, overlooking St. Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center. Development of this and other projects are currently underway at four Saks locations including New York, Sarasota and San Juan, with the first to be introduced in Chicago in January 2014.
