Previously, Janke was CFO at Aequitas Capital Management where he led the accounting, tax, finance, portfolio management, capital markets and treasury functions.

At Aequitas, Janke successfully supported the alternative investment company's rapid growth and led the entrance into the capital markets. Prior to Aequitas, Janke was CFO at Fairway America and has held executive level positions at JPMorgan Cazenove and Commerzbank AG in Europe, and GE Capital, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank in North America.
