MIAMI, Aug. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS), a BARBRI Professional Association, today announced that Maor Roffe, a well-respected and high-performing sales leader within the financial crime prevention industry, has joined ACFCS as vice president of business and sales development. Roffe will report to Joseph Yerant, ACFCS president.
In his new role, Roffe will be charged with identifying partnerships and opportunities to continue the strong growth of the ACFCS community. Roffe will also develop and execute ACFCS thought leadership forums and events, furthering the organization's mission of providing best-in-class opportunities and resources that help members successfully combat financial crime and raising the collective level of financial crime prevention expertise and acumen.
Roffe joins ACFCS with nearly 10 years of industry-specific sales and business development experience. He most recently served as senior account manager, business development for the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) where he was one of the organization's most successful sales leaders. While there, Roffe was charged with developing and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, a role in which he established a strong reputation for his in-depth understanding of the industry and ability to identify education solutions that met clients' unique needs. Earlier in his career, he was an account executive for Alert Global Media.
