Financial Funding moves N.J. office to larger headquarters

EATONTOWN, N.J., Aug. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Funding LLC of 40 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005, has relocated its New Jersey operation center from 125 Half Mile Road, Red Bank, New Jersey to Meridian Center I, 2 Industrial Way West, Suite 202A, Eatontown, New Jersey 07724.

The move has allowed Financial Funding to merge together all its operations staff from both the parent company and the newly acquired Amerifunding.

Todd Tretsky, CEO announced that the company has tripled its office space and also the size of its staff.  According to Tretsky, "Growth is good, and movement into larger headquarters, enabled us to provide better service and faster turn around time of applications submitted." 

Financial Funding started in 1977, and for the past 36 years has continued to provide commercial funding for apartment buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, mixed use properties and motels and  hotels.

The new office in New Jersey is located on the corner of Highway 35 & Industrial Way, just minutes  from both the Garden State Parkway, Route 18, and right on Route 35.  Access to the office is central to the State and can easily be reached, by any of the roads mentioned.

Tretsky added, "Our space is brand new, our staff is expanded with true professionals and we expect our closings to increase, with our new building and new people."
