Finnish Mobile Game Publisher Fingersoft Launches Tribeflame's Benji Bananas Adventures for iOS
OULU, Finland, May 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
With 50 million monthly active users, Fingersoft is fast becoming a dream partner for game companies looking to reach vast audiences
Fingersoft, the Finnish publisher and developer best known for its world-famous mobile game hit Hill Climb Racing with close to 200 million downloads, today announced the launch of Tribeflame's mobile game Benji Bananas Adventures on the iTunes App Store. Benji Bananas Adventures is a sequel to the hugely popular Benji Bananas, currently with over 35 million downloads.
In Benji Bananas Adventures, the previous title's swinging monkey returns for new adventures in the jungle. The free-to-play game offers its predecessor's familiar swinging mechanic, but also a vastly different game experience. Benji Bananas Adventures has over 100 levels to explore, including animated stories featuring Benji and his girlfriend Bella fighting their way through the dangers of the jungle.
"We developed a sequel to the first Benji Bananas, because the players loved the game and were asking for more. Benji Bananas Adventures is first published on iOS, with an Android version following soon after," Torulf Jernström, CEO of Tribeflame explains. "Fingersoft was a perfect publishing partner the first time, so it was clear we would continue the collaboration."
"We're happy to continue cooperation with the awesome Tribeflame team and to publish also the sequel to Benji Bananas, which already has an impressive fan base. The team and the game are a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to seeing yet another hit game in Benji Bananas Adventures," Fingersoft's VP of Publishing Jaakko Kylmäoja says.
With a massive user base of 50 million active users each month, Fingersoft offers a unique opportunity for game studios looking to publish and promote their games to a vast audience.
