In his new role, Mr. Wassman will leverage his extensive track record in growing complex, solutions-led businesses to aggressively lead and manage the company's growing sales team.

Mr. Wassman's 25 years of experience in the software industry includes sales and senior management roles that demonstrate a history of driving rapid growth with early stage companies, including Software as a Service (SaaS) business models, three of which went public during Tim's tenure.

Prior to joining FiREapps, Mr. Wassman served as president of the Americas for QlikTech, Inc., which announced pricing of its initial public offering in July of 2010, where he was responsible for sales, alliances, consulting, marketing, finance and HR. Tim successfully transitioned the business from a moderate growth, mid market model, to a hypergrowth business with large enterprise, mid-market and small business market segments. Tim also provided sales leadership leading to IPO's at Hyperion and SeeBeyond Corporation. He rounded out his deep analytics background as vice president of North American Sales for SPSS (acquired by IBM),
