First Associates Loan Servicing Hires Jeanne Ray as VP of Call Center Operations

SAN DIEGO, April 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- First Associates Loan Servicing, one of the country's fastest growing consumer loan servicers, announced today the hiring of Jeanne Ray as its Vice President of Call Center Operations.

She brings more than 15 years of seasoned operational, technical and project management experience – catering to both domestic and international customers – to the company.

Prior to joining First Associates, Ray served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology for Inspyre Solutions, a contact center firm that provides solutions to Fortune 500 corporations in the U.S. and Canada. In that role, she led operations management, customer service representatives, quality analysts, applications developers and technical support teams. Before Inspyre, Ray was the Director of Contact Strategy for Associated Recovery Systems, a Southern California-based financial services firm specializing in late stage collections for many of the largest credit card companies. She holds a bachelor's of science degree from the University of California at San Diego.
