First Choice Dental and Milwaukee Dental Partners Join Forces to Expand Wisconsin Network

Partnership adds three family dental practices in West Bend, Jackson and Saukville, extending First Choice Dental's presence in southeastern Wisconsin

MADISON, Wis., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- First Choice Dental, a multi-specialty dental group serving Wisconsin families since 1996, today announced a partnership with Milwaukee Dental Partners ("MDP"), a three-practice dental group serving Washington and Ozaukee counties. Effective October 26, 2026, Oakbrook Dental in West Bend, Jackson Family Dentistry in Jackson and Sauk Trail Dental in Saukville join the First Choice Dental network, bringing the group to 20 locations across southern and southeastern Wisconsin.

Patients will continue to receive high-quality care from the same doctors, hygienists and team members at their existing offices. The practices will retain their current names and continue accepting the same insurance plans. Through the partnership, patients will also have access to First Choice Dental's broader network of dentists and specialists, with services that include orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics and oral surgery.
