First Enterprise Business Agility Strategist Workshop Offered in Africa

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa, March 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Be Agile (Pty) Ltd (in partnership with Agile Transformation, Inc.), based in South Africa, is excited to present the very first Enterprise Business Agility Strategist Certification Workshop in Africa. Be Agile is a leader in business agility consulting in the African market and its CEO, Myles Hopkins, was the first and currently only person to be certified by Agile Transformation, Inc. as an Enterprise Business Agility Strategist in Africa.

This five-day workshop is intended for senior leaders and change agents who are actively transforming their organization to learn about the key pillars needed for successful business agility transformations. Delegates will walk away with concrete solutions and participate in activities tailored to their specific transformation challenges.

Transformation leaders will learn how to enable enterprise level business agility transformations including business areas and beyond the technology groups. Delegates will spend time exploring each of the seven pillars within the Enterprise Business Agility Model© in detail, developing the skills necessary to lead a transformation within each pillar.
