Armed with that mindset, the management team and staff are moving the national headquarters in December to tech-savvy Irvine, California and bringing on additional national team members. Besides increased office space, the FFR national team has easy access to other growing companies, shopping, restaurants, major freeways and the many residential communities nearby. Anticipating the longer-term strategic sales and marketing needs, CEO Imhoff recently hired two new employees, Michael Webb and Charlsey Baumeier. Michael Webb is National Sales Director and will work with new and existing FFR advisors as well as the company's B2B relationships through the network of insurance carrier wholesalers. Charlsey Baumeier is a Specialized National Sales Director. Her focus is wealth, estate and tax planning. Baumeier will help pair FFR member advisors with legal professionals drawing from a strategic, nationwide network of attorneys.
