FirstCare Health Plans Earns NCQA Accreditation

AUSTIN, Texas, March 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- FirstCare Health Plans announced today that it has earned three-year Accreditation status from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). We pursued this accreditation because of our commitment to the highest quality health care for our more than 175,000 members throughout 108 counties in west Texas.

NCQA Health Plan Accreditation, the industry's most meticulous, comprehensive and transparent health care accreditation program, is nationally recognized for its evaluation of the quality of health care services that a health plan provides its members.
