The findings were drawn from a diverse range of communities managed by FirstService Residential across the U.S., offering a timely look at current and emerging trends in residential community budgeting. The comprehensive report helps community association boards, property managers, and owners make more informed decisions about operations, budgeting, and long-term planning.
