Fish & Richardson Receives 2018 Compass Award from Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

BOSTON, Nov. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Fish & Richardson has received the 2018 Compass Award from the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) in recognition of its commitment to diversity and inclusion. Fish was among 62 firms nationwide to receive this inaugural award for its participation in and support of LCLD's mission and programs.

For the past seven years, Fish has participated in the LCLD Fellows Program, which works to produce a generation of attorneys with strong leadership skills who are committed to fostering diversity within their individual institutions and the profession at large. Fish is also active in LCLD's Pathfinders program, which is designed to train early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies, and LCLD's Law School Mentoring Program, which pairs first year law students with a mentor who will follow them through their three years of law school.
