Owen McKeon
Owen McKeon possesses over 15 years of experience counseling and representing clients in commercial disputes, with an emphasis on intellectual property. He has represented clients from start-ups to multinational corporations on a diverse array of commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. Owen's wide range of experience includes internal investigations running the gamut from antitrust to data protection and privacy.
Owen's expertise in intellectual property issues covers trademarks, brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, trade secrets, copyrights, unfair competition and internet law. He protects clients from infringement and dilution of their trademarks, piracy of their creative works, and misappropriation of their trade secrets and confidential information.

Geoffrey Goodale
Geoffrey Goodale possesses over 15 years of experience assisting clients on matters concerning export controls, economic sanctions, import compliance, trade litigation, international intellectual property rights protection, foreign direct investment, cybersecurity, and compliance counseling to government contractors.
With respect to export controls and economic sanctions, Geoffrey counsels clients on matters involving the EAR, ITAR, and OFAC regulations, including in the context of international M&A transactions when CFIUS approval may be warranted. He also conducts internal reviews and audits to assess compliance with these regulations and helps clients develop and implement internal controls and effective corrective action strategies when necessary.
In addition, Geoffrey advises clients on all aspects of compliance with US import laws and frequently represents them in matters before US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), including in the preparation of ruling requests, protests, petitions for relief from penalties, and prior disclosures. He has also represented numerous companies in CBP audits.
Geoffrey also possesses considerable experience representing US and foreign companies in antidumping and countervailing duty matters conducted by the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission (ITC), as well as in in IP-related Section 337 actions adjudicated by the ITC.
