Fixmo Inc. Completes Acquisition of Conceivium Business Solutions Inc., Giving Customers an End-to-end Mobile Infrastructure Management Solution

TORONTO, April 27 /PRNewswire/ - Fixmo Inc., a leading provider of secure end-to-end infrastructure management solutions for enterprise mobile devices, today closed its acquisition of Conceivium Business Solutions Inc., a pioneer in mobile device management.

The combination of Fixmo's Sentinel integrity assurance software and Conceivium's Mobile Monitor & Analyzer (MMA) device management software protects and maintains employee mobile devices for large organizations. MMA will be incorporated into Fixmo Sentinel to give Fixmo customers an end-to-end, multi-platform, mobile infrastructure management solution.
