Flatiron Health and Vector Oncology to Offer Patient-Reported Outcomes at the Point of Care

NEW YORK, Dec. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Flatiron Health and Vector Oncology today announced a partnership that enables oncology providers to easily gather and view patient-reported symptoms at the point of care by using Vector Oncology's Patient Care Monitor™ integrated with OncoEMR^®.

OncoEMR is a cloud-based electronic medical record (EMR) designed to address key concerns within an oncology clinic: treatment, disease and business management. Backed by decades of oncology experience, OncoEMR is the leading EMR for medical oncology and certified to support eligible providers with meeting Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Use measures.

The Patient Care Monitor is a proprietary, web-based technology platform that collects data from patients at the point of care and between visits regarding 86 physical symptoms across treatment side effects, impairment, acute distress, and despair and depression.
