Fleet Dynamics Launches Autonomous Technology Platform Targeting $200 Billion in Essential-Services Markets

YNR alliance gives founder-funded company a built-in path from customer demand to commercial deployment

SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 31, 2026 Fleet Dynamics today announced its official launch and a strategic commercialization alliance with YNR, linking autonomous-technology development to an established national customer-acquisition platform serving essential-services industries.

Fleet is developing modular autonomous aerial systems for pest control, lawn care and grounds management. The alliance gives Fleet access to YNR's operating relationships, demand intelligence and nationwide commercialization infrastructure. YNR's network of more than 1,000 sales professionals and managers sources tens of thousands of customers annually and is on track for more than $70 million in 2026 revenue.

Both companies were founded and are wholly owned by entrepreneur and engineer Michael Lanctot.

A Commercialization Advantage from Day One

YNR's national sales network has become a scaled customer-acquisition channel across pest control, landscaping, telecommunications and insurance, sourcing tens of thousands of new customers annually for Hawx Pest Control, T-Mobile Fiber, Allianz and Mutual of Omaha.

That volume has given Lanctot's team direct visibility into how recurring-service businesses acquire customers, manage field capacity and capture lifetime value.

Fleet extends that intelligence into the technology behind service delivery. It will identify applications, develop specialized systems and evaluate licensing, joint ventures and selectively operated technology-enabled services.

Modular Technology Built Around the Work

Fleet's platform uses one autonomous airframe, a standardized mount and interchangeable tools. Its initial lineup includes a pest-treatment fogger, a granulator, a precision liquid sprayer and an autonomous paint-striping system.

Each attachment carries its own power supply, giving the aircraft freshly charged power whenever it returns to exchange or refill a tool. Fleet is also developing base stations for multiple aircraft and attachments.

The architecture allows one underlying system to support multiple services. Operators can add capabilities as their needs expand without replacing the aircraft or rebuilding the broader platform.

Fleet's systems are designed to map treatment areas, control material delivery and document applications, with the environmental goal of reducing overspraying, drift, runoff, repeat applications and fuel consumption while improving consistency and productivity.

"Fleet is being designed around the tool, not the drone," Lanctot said. "Each attachment creates a new capability, and each capability opens another potential market."

Entering Markets with More Than $200 Billion in Annual Activity

Fleet will initially focus on pest control and lawn care, where YNR already has customer-acquisition experience and operating relationships.

The U.S. structural pest-control industry generated approximately $13.416 billion in 2025 service revenue, according to the National Pest Management Association. The National Association of Landscape Professionals estimates U.S. landscaping services represented approximately $188.8 billion across more than 692,000 businesses.

Together, the fragmented sectors represent more than $200 billion in annual activity across operators that often lack internal autonomous-engineering capabilities.

Founder-Funded Technology Development

After nearly a decade building YNR, Lanctot is funding Fleet through capital generated by the business rather than outside institutional investment. This allows Fleet to build around identified commercial needs and existing market relationships.

Lanctot holds degrees in chemical and nuclear engineering from the University of New Mexico.
