FleetPride Acquires Pardo's Truck Service Parts Warehouse Locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland

IRVING, Texas, Jan. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent distributor of aftermarket heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, announced today that it has acquired the assets of six locations owned by Pardo's Truck Service Parts Warehouse, Inc. in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland markets. Pardo's will retain its Kearney, New Jersey, location and FleetPride will serve as a supplier to the location.
