Pagani assumes the role after joining the organization as Interim CFO and quickly making an impact across the business.

Pagani brings extensive experience in financial management, commercial leadership and business transformation. He has led complex businesses across more than 50 countries, with full profit-and-loss responsibility ranging from $200 million to $1.1 billion. His experience combines financial discipline with a broader understanding of business operations, strategy, and execution.
